There is an old adage – that when the going gets tough, the tough get going! Resilience, or bounce back ability as it is sometimes known is an indication of how easily someone will cope with difficulties and not be daunted by the scale of the challenge that faces them.

Cabin Fever is not as far as we know contagious; indeed, it seems to be passed on genetically. It usually implies a dynamic, action-oriented individual who hates being cooped up in one location for any length of time.

I recently received a text message with the news of an acquaintance, who had passed away through contracting Coronovirus. The reality and enormity of the current crisis means a lot of people will unfortunately find themselves in a similar situation.
